Job Spec - Becky

Becky is responsible for the Product Design and formulating creative ideas in order to fulfil the needs of the client.

Becky is involved in the development of graphic design and advertising, including company branding. She is also heavily involved in the conceptualization and design of the graphic applications.

As the Creative Director she will head the creative department involved in carrying out the creative activities right from developing the concept and covering the production aspects. She will tune up all the involved philosophy of the creativity that is required for developing a product.

She has to find ways and means to bring the identity of the company publicized, as well as processing the necessities of the client and pitching design.

Having reviewed the content and design of the pitch document, it looks like I need to do a really condensed version of the job description for my role.


Here is the revised Job Specification.


Production Manager


Clare is involved with the planning, coordination and control of the production processes. ensuring that the product is produced efficiently. It is Clare’s responsibility to ensure production is on schedule and within budget.

Black and Pink Productions are involved in several types of production, adding to the complexity of the job. As our Production Manager, Clare is responsible for both human and material resources.

Our Production Manager is involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage, production and post-production stage. A large part of production management involves dealing with people.  Production Managers are also involved with product design and purchasing.

On this project Clare is also taking on the role of Producer, and will be producing many of the games graphics including the 3D designs.

We are a small firm and Clare often makes many of the decisions herself, but on larger productions we may appoint Executives, Producers, Operations Managers, Accountants, Engineers, and Production Assistants.
